No. This site is creator support from Bill French / 832Labs for public Grok Bot templates. Platform account and billing questions belong on official platform channels.

Is there an SLA?

No. Do not expect timed replies, uptime targets, or a ticket queue.

Does a template release change the copy I already installed?

No automatic update is implied. Read the note, keep your customizations, compare versions, and change a copy only when you mean to.

Is the bot directory complete?

No. Eight templates are verified public listings on the creator shelf as of 2026-11-07. Additional templates may exist later without being listed here yet.

What may I put in a help draft?
